Travel domestically with REAL ID
Planning a trip domestically for summer 2018 with an aunt from Mexico who has a bcc and visa stamp in passport. I have a REAL ID from Texas. Would we have any problem with tsa traveling together?

Re: Travel domestically with REAL ID
Texas seems to be compliant with REAL ID so you should be fine and if she has a visa stamp and is here legally then you're fine.

Re: Travel domestically with REAL ID
It's safe. I'm from Texas too and I went to California twice last year and I used my Texas Driver License with the REAL ID star at the top and had no issues at all at the airports, DFW to LAX. All they do is swipe your ID and that's it. Don't worry about it, I was a bit nervous the first time I traveled but everything went smoothly. Safe travels
