Advance Parole?

Hi all!

Do you guys think there would be a possibility of advance paroles to be approved in the next few months or preparing to go through the process of the 601A waiver is the better choice?

AP is dead. It was seen a huge loophole by many and a "quick route" to citizenship, specially by Trump. NO WAY its coming back to DACA people.

Get your 601A ready as soon as you can.

AP through DACA is not possible.

AP through DACA is dead. I-601A is the only route if you are EWI. There are a few of us going through the process now. Check out the official I-601A thread.
