Is USCIS accepting DACA renewals?
 

Hi,

Little confused, is USCIS accepting DACA renewals? I know that the Trump administration had originally allowed people that expired before a certain time period to renew before it was over. Now I'm hearing that a judge did something so DACA is back on? Can someone please explain......if so, do you think USCIS will grant us the renewal since they still take orders from the Trump administration and can just hold on till the judge's decision no longer matters and DACA is still off as planned.

Hi,

This has been discussed in other posts, but yes. They are currently taking in renewals (no first time applicants). If you expire within a year, I recommend you immidiately send in your application to try and get two more years on your DACA/work permit. Good luck! :)
