Let's do the math and let's say you have to be 15 to be considered a dreamer. In order to qualify for the 1986 amnesty, they had to have been here before January 1, 1982.

So the unluckiest Dreamer would have had to have been 15 and come here in 1982. That's 36 years ago so 36+15 = 51 so there are potentially 51 year old Dreamers out there...

Of course, there are many people who were EWI and could have lied and said they were here before 1982 so our potential 51 year old dreamer would have had really bad luck and been a visa overstay or caught at the border or something. And now they're against immigration reform saying "I did things the right way".
