Expired USCIS Forms
I was filling out my renewal and noticed that 821-d has an expiration of 1/31/2019 but both 765 and 765ws have expirations of 02/28/2018. These are the latest forms on the USCIS website. I'm worried my application could be rejected for using expired sheets. Has anyone else submitted their renewal using these expired forms?

Re: Expired USCIS Forms
Last year I submitted my renewal with a form(I-821D) that expired 06/30/2016. It got accepted and approved. I think it'll be fine.

Re: Expired USCIS Forms
They aren't expired if they're the latest forms available. That date has to do with something else, they can still be used.

Re: Expired USCIS Forms
same here, I am worried if I used the expired form and then if they updated a new form before they received mine...Any one know when will the form updated most likely?

Re: Expired USCIS Forms
OMB expiration is irrelevant to you.
USCIS accepts whatever is the current version, in some cases they accept prior versions as well (you have to check on the website what versions are acceptable). In few cases they accept all versions of the form that ever existed (e.g. G-1145). USCIS also generally accepts the old version during a transitional period. E.g. if a new version is posted they will accept the old one until some date (usually posted). For example when new I-130 was posted a lot of people would find and use the old version because it's simpler to send two page I-130 and two G-325As, than the whole 12+6 page questionaire that the current I-130 is. |

Got it. Thank you, everyone!

Re: Expired USCIS Forms
I sent mine on that form and got rejected. I don't know what to do now. The reason why it was rejected is because of the fact that it's expired yet they don't have a new form online as of March 24, 2018
