AOS to Naturalization
 

Hello my fellow dreamers, this weekend I got a new tattoo that read Dreamer in the shape of a dreamcatcher.
Since I have been reading all of the immigrants being deported under this Trump administration who are making their yearly check ins with INS. it has me scared to death. I have now filed for my Naturalization, according to the DHS website the approx time is 11 to 16 months. I just don't trust the system anymore, SCOTUS could reverse the decision to allow gay marriage and who knows what could happen with those approved for GC through gay marriage with this administration.

I filed all my paperwork online and submitted all my documents as well through the DHS website on April 8,2018.
I have received my biometrics appt for April 30,2018.

I want my voice heard in the 2020 presidential election, praying and fighting for my fellow dreamers.

Fantastic news, hopefully you get naturalized soon! I heard it varies based on your field office.

Sessions hates gay marriage, he will do whatever is in his little beady eyed power to reverse it. Not to mention pence hates it too, and if trump is impeached, pence will make everyone feel his wrath.

They can't overturn same sex marriages unilaterally. Not to mention that Congress wouldn't have the votes to ban it.

Believe you me thats what I know !! His whole administration is a buch of xenophobia's and homophobes. I will vote in all future elections believe that.
