Adjustment of Status - Green Card - Permanent Residency
If I were to get sponsored through marriage (overstayed visa), what is the approximate time frame I should anticipate in regards to obtaining a green card?

Hey! You're still around! The process for me took a little more than 4 months from time of application to day of interview (approval same day).

That depends on how you got here and whether you're able to adjust your status like normal people. If you came here on a visa, you'll be done in 6 months probably. If you were EWI or had some other issue, who knows.

The process is dependent on geographic location in the country and if a lot of immigrants in your location is seeking a process at the time.
AOS is actually taking longer nowadays. |

Awesome. The processes for my brothers were also about 6 months. Had a curiosity if the processing time for DACA recipient differ. |

I’d also like to know what the timeline is for AOS thru DACA. I’m married to a USC.. initially was EWI at age 4, received DACA in 2015, got AP, came back to US and now in the process of applying for AOS. I’m hoping I get an interview date quick.. DACA expired last year, didn’t renew because I’m applying for AOS. Anyone have similar experineces that bow have a GC? If so please share your experience... :)
