Advanced Parole BACK??
 

So, I decided to give it a try and submit an advanced parole application. Check was cashed. No receipt number yet. I just wonder if the folks at the lockbox level just take all the applications, then at the adjucating level; it would get returned and refunded. We will see.

Well weren’t they going to start accepting them some time in the summer? That’s what I heard. But who knows.

They'll cash the check but they'll probably deny it or reimburse you at the "Case Review" step.

They may start accepting new AP applications later in July, but that remains to be seen.

does anyone know the exact date the program is supposed to be fully back?
