Approved Day of Biometrics!
 

Weird situation.

Did my bio metrics on July 2nd, (early, my appointment was July 5th) and the same day my EAD card went into production and my DACA was approved.

Is this a glitch in the system or did they really approve my DACA on the same day as bio metrics? Anyone else have this experience?

Total processing time, from the time my check was cashed, was about 3 weeks.



EDIT: My DACA was set to expire on September 9th.

congrats! must be a daca career record.

Not a world record... Last renewal some people had the same sort of thing. It is not a glitch...


We believe it could mean they pre approved with pending results of biometrics.

Lmao thanks bruh. I'm hoping this is the last time for all of us.

It had to be some sort of automatic renewal.. I did my biometrics close to 4pm when the ASC was closing.

I'm guessing the agents at the immigration centers get off at 5... So unless they've changed their entire caseload to focus just on my case, the only other option would be automatic renewal.

UPDATE: Got my approval letter and EAD in the mail.

How long did it take you guys to get some sort of receipt or confirmation after mailing out your application? The wait is killing me. I sent my application out on June 30 in the afternoon.

I received the notification a week after of sending it. Sent it July 2nd and received the notification July 11th.
