What is the absolute earliest we can expect DACA to be shutdown

I am wondering if we know of which date is the earliest in which we can say good bye to renewals.

I renewed recently, but I am willing to send a last one to gain even a few months.

What are the scholars saying on this?

I would like to know this as well.

If Hanen's' ruling makes new renewals stop, then I'll send mine in now. If not, in a couple of months. My guess is that even if Hanen rules to stop and it takes main precedence over other injunctions, USCIS will take some time (couple days) to implement... in which case you overnight that shit

We're safe until August 8th. That's when the Texas hearing will happen.

I'm sending in mine July 31.

There is another decision from DCDC telling USCIS to full reinstate DACA in late July.

His ruling won't be precedential at all. We will end up with a circuit split between 5th vs. 2nd, 9th, and DC. Unless the case makes it to Supreme Court.

There’s no guarantee USCIS will processed cases and I doubt they will
Be as “kind” as last year.

On what basis are you saying this?

They have to follow the law, which includes following court rulings.
