Missing Form from Daca Renewal?!?
 

Hello all,
This will be my 3rd time renewing my EAD. My card will be expiring in October 2018 , so I am planning on send my paperwork in next week. However I noticed on USCIS website there is no I-821D form just I- 765 form, I-765 worksheet and firm G-1145... is that the only things you guys completed? Thanks

Because I was told I could not renew it more than 3 months in advance and I haven't gotten the letter from USCIS. So I am going ahead now and taking care of it.

Some of you are so rude seriously. Obviously I know how to use Google. if you read what I wrote, I said that form is not Included in the packet on USCIS renewal packet. So my question was if we were suppose to still fill that one out.

Crtl+F "USCIS renewal packet" mentioned only once in that post.


There is no such as a renewal packet all nicely packed for you, there are however, forms which you have to download. What packet are you even talking about..?

we are more than willing to help people but come on stop being lazy and do some searching before you ask us for help. He would have found that form faster than he made this thread
