The instructions for I765 say to include information about your arrival documents. See page 18?

What section of page 18 for i765 instructions are you talking about?
Are you talking about the Passport or the i-94 documents?

The color copy of the EAD work permit should suffice based on both i821d and i765 instructions below.

Page 20 of i765 instructions says

"NOTE: If you are filing under the (c)(33) category, you are not required to submit additional documentation beyond what you submit with Form I-821D under
2. What documents do you need to provide to prove identity
in the Evidence for Initial Requests Only section of the Form I-821D Instructions"
