Getting mortgage for first home (bay area, CA)

Hello folks,

I am in the market to purchase my first home (bay area, CA) and would like to get some advice from those who have experience with getting a mortgage (jumbo mortgage to be exact) as I not sure where I should start and which banks/credit unions are DACA friendly.. I'd really appreciate if anyone with experience could chime in.

Thank you in advance!

No advice for you, but you're brave trying to venture out into buying a house with all that is going on right now. Good luck!

Why is that, if anything it is the best time to do that.

If undocumented or not people buy homes all the time.

Bro, I just opened a Star One Credit Union account, no joke.

Holy shit their debit cards look worse than my Dave and Buster card...They have dope ass products though. That is why I opened with them. I also have Technology CU and KeyPoint CU.

Cause DACA beneficiaries are not only undocumented but are also in the system. Easy pickings.

Buy if you want, but I wouldnt buy based on your current salary because you might not have it if daca dies.
