I want to get my FOIA file, but I don't have enough money to do it with a lawyer.
Is the citizenpath.com website a legit service? I want to do the Form G-639 with them.

Better of finding an attorney or finding a youtube video on how to fill it out.

That site may host and populate forms for you but it comes at a cost. Who knows if the forms are even up to date or kept up to date.

If its government related, I don't trust any site unless it has .gov at the end.

There are two paths....FOIA with USCIS or CBP entry point. Both should have the same result of hoping to prove entry. Also, be sure to research turn around time for both if time is of the essence.

Citizenpath.com basically charges you a ridiculous amount to populate a form for you.

Basically take the form, fill it out, sign the part under penalty of perjury, include a copy of your ID and send it in.

I know nothing about them and have not clicked on the link but I'm going to go ahead and say it's 100% BS.
