Hey Peeps,

I was just curious to know if anyone here with DACA was successful in purchasing a condo and if so were you require to put down the 10%

I think ECW already adjusted via the marriage route.

Why would he be asking about DACA then?

And beingoflight is right.

I'm not even buying any clothing because who knows if I'll need all my savings :-?

Let's buy a condo!

Sometimes in life, you gotta take risks. It's how you live and enjoy new experiences. Everything is a gamble.

I thought I was a pussy, but some of you fucking clowns on here put me to shame smh. So what do you suggest I do @TexasDreamy and beingoflight? Give up my apartment and move back in with my parents and sit back and await the ending of DACA, stop trying to start a business or should I also stop pursuing my degree because I may never be able to use it here? Naw, I won't do that. I'm going to live my life to the fullest

Some of you clowns are the same ones who said don't use Advance Parole when it came out, because it's too risky and you won't be let back in the country. Now I'm having to take the longer road to adjustment for listening to those voices. Fuck that, I refuse to make mistakes like that again and look back 5-7 years from now with regrets on what I should have done. LIVE YOUR LIFE PEOPLE!

Sorry to hear that you were unable to use AP.

My vote is to buy the condo. I had people tell me to go to nursing school or PA school because medical school for DREAMers was uncertain. I'm applying this year regardless of that. There are more schools accepting DREAMers and providing financial aid to pay for it than ever before.

Let me know how the process works out with your condo!

What's your evidence she's a she?

Seriously don't listen to a lot of the Negative Nancy's around here. I bought a house in 2013 back when they were still somewhat cheap and DACA had just come out. in 5 more years I will have that house completely paid off. I just bought another house and will be moving into it soon.
