Anyone with September 2020 expiration not yet approved?
 

My application I sent out last year October has not been approved yet. I expire September 18, 2020 and thought I would have been approved around the 150 day mark but I'm around the 120 day mark and have not been approved yet. Anyone else past the 150 day mark waiting for approval? My application is with NSC.

I did my biometric sometime last year after my application got accepted.

Something obviously went wrong if you sent all the way back in October.

Thanks! I called USCIS last week and had them open a case inquiry for me. I'll look into this too.

I applied in jan 15 2020 for my renewal. I am still waiting for my bio metric. I called them twice they said write a letter to us. I called congressman and they said office are closed due to corona virus. I dont know what to do. mine expires in Nov 2020.

I got approved 2 days ago. Also expire in September.

I don’t think you should worry much. You could get it by June, 3 months before you expire. We are used to getting it earlier but for most nonDACA EADs, 3 months before expiration is the usual timeline. I’d become more worried if I was 1-2 months away from expiring and I still didn’t receive it.

Man that sucks. I don't know how effective this is but I recently submitted a service ombudsman a few days ago too:

I also followed up on my case inquiry by emailing them:

My case inquiry response from them was that my case is currently pending adjudication but they had to perform additional reviews on my case so its taking longer to process. Wondering what it is since its my 4th time applying.
