Advance Parole Question
 

Hello everyone
I'm thinking of applying for advance parole under work. Does anyone have a sample of a letter that I need from my employer?

It's very simple man. Just have your employer on their letterhead state that you are being asked to go overseas on so and so assignment, official letter with signature....You can then also submit one of your paystubs along with that letter, that should be sufficient proof. Anything else you can submit would be bonus, like any sort of confirmation that you received the work/job or something. Believe me, if your proof is legit, you will be approved 100% no questions asked.

Yes with adequate proof that you need to be out for that long..I think only school or work can be a valid reason for that..unless you have a sick relative you need to take care of for a full year.

last i got it for 3 and half months ,but ill try to get it will applying for multiple entries.will be travelling to india . Thanks

Fellow India here. Have you traveled to India on AP? I feel like countries like Mexico know more about AP than South Asian countries so I was hesitant to risk it. How was your traveling experience?
