Regulations are harder to revoke than executive orders.

Quote:

The rule appears to be designed to address concerns raised by Hanen, who concluded in 2018 that the Obama administration should have implemented DACA through the regulatory process and allowed the public to weigh in on the policy before it was enacted. By placing a notice in the federal register, the Biden administration will allow the public to submit comments before the policy changes become binding.

Though the specific contents of the rule announced on Friday remain unknown, the regulation likely represents the Biden administration's attempt to undermine Texas' legal argument. It is unclear, however, whether the rule will influence Hanen's ultimate decision in the case, which could be appealed.
This just give congress more time to mess around and takes any pressure off them.

I am cool with that idea but many complain that it would create second-class citizenships. I just want my ability to work protected.

if they fix AP to clear EWI and give us 4 year renewal, i'm good. honestly, citizenship holds no value for me anymore. GC would be nice though.

Citizenship can be revoked as well. I don't really care about voting. Also you will have to pay out of country income. Get GC, set up passive income and live in a cheap country like a king for 6 month out of the year.

People fail to realize this, if the Biden admin is freaking out to the point which they gonna do all that it means that Hanen will strike down DACA and we might be intergalacticaly fked.
