Sorry if this has already been posted but I've been looking for the unexpired I-821D form. The one on the USCIS website expired on 04/30/21. Is it ok to use it?? I will be mailing my DACA renewal next week...
All the other forms are current.

just download whatever its on their site and mail to them. you will be fine.

I was going thru application i-765 and on page 4. Question 30g. It states to provide an explanation as to why i did not entered the US thru a port of entry i put " i was a child brought to the US without inspection" is that ok?

if you look and read carefully question 27 you should answer C 33.
then from question 28 to 31 it does not ask anything about category C 33 so that mean you should skip to part 3. hope this will help

Yes thank you.

I moved since my last renewal and completely forgot that I was supposed to update my address with USCIS. I updated my address about 2 weeks ago. With this renewal I'm going to put my current address as well as my old address ( where it expecifies). Will there be any issues because I did not update my address sooner??

No, the address on the renewal supersedes
