Advance Parole

Just checked online and I got approved for advance parole. Hopefully I get the document this weekend.

Don’t see why anyone would leave the country now. Specially with delta variant going wild. I don’t think you can use AP to clear EWIs either

For daca you can I believe, but I have 245i so I dont need it to clear my EWI.
I am going to visit my dead grandpa which passed away in Feb

Thanks! priority was Feb 6th so about 6 months.

Can advanced parole clear EWI? My grandma passed away like a year or two ago, do you guys think that will be a good enough reason to apply and visit her grave?

Yes it will clear it but I’ll tell you right now that’s not a good reason for them to let you travel. You need someone still alive.

I am not sure what other reasons I have to go travel.... Like a relative with sickness?? What kind of proof do they want...
And what does clear EWI can adjust the status except for marriage?
