Does anyone else feel like this is too broad? Anyone whos been here since Jan 1 2021, 18 or younger, and higher ed or high school?

Makes me worry

I'm all for the 18 and younger, because it has always been mind-boggling for me that 17 year olds somehow got excluded from DACA.

I'm however against the the Jan 1, 2021 being the cutoff. DACA used a 5-year gap for the cutoff and to me that seemed fairly reasonable. They should use Jan 01, 2017 for the cutoff, otherwise the border crisis will get exponentially worse, as all you will have to do is get some paperwork proving that you have been in the country for the last 12 months etc. and that - truth be told - is much harder to verify than similar paperwork that goes back 5 years.
