Theres a few more options the Democrats are sending back to the parliamentarian. This one was a no go let’s hope the next one sticks

Doubt it, the reason given was because the parliamentarian thinks the policy impact is much greater than the impact to budget. Any such change that has similar policy out come will face the same issue. Btw what did you expect? She was a former immigration prosecutor.

This. Schumer has already issued a statement that they will be discussing other options with her. They’re going to have to narrow this down.
