Menendez describes two additional tiers to pitching legalization to parliamentarian

Also,

Senator Mark Warner just said on CNN he is not willing to ignore the parliamentarian decision, he thinks she has been fair on her decisions. When pressed, he said he has no idea how this moves forward and hopes that one day his republican colleagues would join the democrats and once and for all fix the immigration issue.

Freaking democrats! they campaign on this issue all the time but when it comes to get sht done they completely ignore us.

They might need to rely on the immigration topic come midterm elections. This is pure politics at its finest.

Some dreamers will say “well what about Republicans, where is their share of the blame, why only Democrats”

People need to understand that we can’t hold the Republican Party accountable because they don’t campaign for us, they don’t make money off of us, they have been crystal clear about their sentiments towards undocumented immigrants. They are anti-immigration and have been loud and clear about it and will go through great lengths to keep their anti-immigration promises to their bases.

Democrats on the other hand will make promises to us they never plan on keeping. They have campaign under our backs for years, making millions, etc. Their goal has always been let’s pretend to fix the issue so the Latino community knows “we tried” but let’s also set ourselves up to fail so we don’t lose our moderate democrats, independents, and so we can continue to campaign off immigration and get more votes.

At this point, their playbook is getting so old that even Latinos are flocking to Trump. Because they know that voting Democratic won’t solve the immigration issue, but at least on the other side they’ll get some economic benefit from the economy.

I hope the Hispanic and Latino community wake up and start voting third party and leave the Democratic Party. Enough is enough.

Both parties suck. Republicans will cater to radical evangelists and red necks though. If that’s your cup of tea then go off king.

People like you are the problem. Because you have a party in the Republican Party who outright tells you they don’t give one f**ck about you, and on the other side you have a party in the Democratic Party that says, “we care, but not enough to fix your issues, only to get us votes and money”

Not one person should be defending any party when it comes to immigration because both of them are serving their poisons just in different ways, and the more blind you are it to, the better it is for both parties benefiting from it.

Asked a senior GOP Senate aide about Menendez claim that 51 votes is required to remove a parliamentarian.

They literally laughed out loud.

"If Elizabeth humiliated Leader McConnell the way she has Leader Schumer," said the staffer, "it would be her last day in the Senate."

Exactly, after I saw Warners interview I realized this is all a show, he was clueless when asked details about the backup plan and other plain details and right away moved to pitch their typicall "I have been an advocate for a long time, these people deserve an opportunity blah blah blah"

Ok sure, I’m the problem. Both parties suck, one tolerates us and the other one would be ok with deporting all of us out if there weren’t any negative repercussions. And yeah, the GOP is so good for the economy, that’s why Bush and Trump handled great economies to Obama and Biden.
