Home address change since renewal question.
 

It's that stressful time of the year! So, my sister and I have to send in our renewals, and we have a question regarding the address portion of the I-821D Form.

Since we last renewed, we have moved addresses. My question is, do we need to provide our last address along with our new address on the form?

Do we provide our current address on the present address portion and then our previous address where we were living on our last approval?

Yes. The form says:

For Renewal Requests: List only the addresses where you resided since you submitted your last Form I-821D that was approved.

Since you moved, list your current address at the top and the old address in "Address 1"
