Do I qualify for AOS w/criminal record?
 

Hi everyone!!

I’m planning to do my AOS but I’m scared to do it. About 17 years ago I committed a crime. I was charged with misdemeanor larceny, I didn’t go to jail nor was finger printed. I was able to enter in a program called “deferred prosecution” basically I had to complete 50 hrs of community service, pay a fine and stay out of trouble. Since the I have never gotten into any type of trouble. I applied for DACA.

Question is does anyone know if my criminal history will disqualify me to do my AOS? Anyone in the same situation? TIA
