I-30 Application wait time past a year already.
 

My brother sponsored both my mom and dad in 2020, they went to get their biometrics done in December and my mom got approved around March. My father hasn't gotten any updates and it's been stuck on "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS... Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you..."

Just wondering if there's anything I can do to possibly get in contact with someone to see if the case is doing alright? I frequently check the USCIS account for both my brothers petition and my fathers application for his I-485
