If I had a GC instead of DACA

Everyone has a green card (including my parents) and I don’t and it’s not fair. I do have petition through them but I’m tired of waiting

green card is great but even combo card (work permit/travel) im perfectly fine.

seriously, if they just give us combo card that is all I need and I can live with it.

You have a social security card, you have a work permit, you can travel safely within the US and you think your life is depressing. OK

If you are still depressed about your legal status after having DACA, then you are weak. I guess you are one of the few who have never had to live without DACA after graduating high school. With the current day cost of living, I can't even imagine living on less minimum wage doing shitty jobs under the table. Be grateful that we can work legally, buy/rent a house, get a driver's license, not worry about deportation, etc.

I know a few people with no status and have their own businesses and they are doing pretty well for themselves

imagine accomplishing things that the 99% of NPCs are unable to and while having DACA.

im in my fkin prime right now and the only thing able of destroying it all is the end of DACA.

beyond pissed/depressed.
