Public Health Week - APHA letter of support for DREAMERS and DACA
 

This week public health professionals will organize, discuss, strategize, and promote national public health initiatives and among them is asking Congress to pass the DREAM Act, support ALL dreamers, not just DACA, and enact legislation. Pie in the sky for some, but there is a very strong push coming soon because the health systems in the U.S. are a complete shit show of staff shortages. Call and speak with your Senators and Reps who are on break, if you happen to live in a state that (apparently) supports immigrants.

I wonder if they received a response to the letter...gonna ask.

The registry bill or an essential workers bill are the best solutions to help ppl and reset the immigration system. DACA is outdated.
