Daca expiring soon. What should I do?

Already did my biometrics, but my renewal is still under review. My daca also expires in a few days. This has never happened to me before and I am worried. My application should still be good right, even after my daca expires right? Should I be doing something before it expires?

When does your EAD and DL expire? Are you employed?

Did the employer asked you for your EAD?

I am on the same boat. I expire 2/6 but I received a letter that USCIS will reuse my biometrics. Thankfully my employer hasn’t said anything. Crossing my fingers we all get renewed quickly.

What kind of timeline did you guys have in term of submitting your paperwork? Did you have a change of address or anything that would delay the process? Mine usually get renewed right at the 150-day mark.,.. I don't try to squeeze in as much time as possible.

I always follow their guide lines and send usually around 120+ days and always get approved between 32 days to 80 days. I know I lost so much time but saves me big time from loosing job and headache.

with current online system I knew I would save easily three weeks with shipping and before they even touch my file and another week and half before I even receive my receipts. so I decided to send in 90 days and got approved in month. I lost another two months but its ok because it saved me from headaches and job. this was almost 15 months ago.

I would say send on time or no less than 90 days if you are willing to take a bit risk. and change of info should not cause any delay at all and renewal app is so simple and straight forward. just read question and fill only that require for renewal not initial.

hope this will help. bets of luck.

I did change address. I moved to a a different state and this is also my first time applying online. I applied back in November and I expire next month so fingers crossed I get renewed soon. My job hasn't asked me about my renewal but I am hoping they could re hire me if they have to let me go.

I renew a year in advance lol. My application just stays on pending status until the 150 day mark.

I always send mine in early and it auto renews at the 150 mark. I played around before to try and get as much time as possible and I got burned; it is not worth it at this stage of my career.
