Renewal wait times

Anybody else experiencing really long wait times for DACA/EAD renewal? I applied online back in November and I have an expiration at the end of February. I keep checking online status on my account and now it's saying approximate resolution time is 6 months. A week ago it was saying 3 months. It has not been 105 days so I can't submit an inquiry form just yet about my case. So strange it's taken this long since they are reusing my biometrics.

Where is your service center? I heard Nebraska service center is taking longer.

Ask your congressman or senator for help. From what I've seen an inquiry like that is generally enough to get a case moving because since someone has to take the case from the stack they might as well approve it.

Yes, it's Nebraska. The wait times seem to be fluctuating and the estimated time for my next step to be completed (biometrics) is two weeks. But case decision is 6 months. And since they are reusing my biometrics, I hope it's not actually 6 months. For my next renewal I am submitting 6 months in advanced for sure.

I’m on the same timeline as you except I expire in March. Never got the receipts in the mail, submitted a question regarding this issue and was told that USCIS is experiencing delays sending out notices, but I suspect they are having delays in general. No biometrics scheduled either.

Last time I renewed I lost 3 months due to how early I submitted (120 odd days). I submitted a little over 90 days this time around and will get the shaft more than likely.

Hope our cases get resolved soon.

Same here, submitted online on Nov.3rd. I expire an end of February . Got the letter that they would reuse old biometrics. I’ve been checking the status weekly and the “time for Decision “ has been all over the place, keeps on changing. Finally yesterday it said my DACA has been approved. After reading the letter, it seems the work permit takes up to 90 days for a decision, and that time starts from the time the DACA form is approved. My application is being handled by the Nebraska office.

I was approved! Weirdly enough it says my card is being produced but my DACA is still under review. Hoping for a fast approval for all you guys as well! I was so stressed because I finally got a well paying job and moved states as well.
