Renewal past 150 days

Hello fellow dreamers,

Has anyone here didn't get the DACA renewed past 150 days. If it did what actions did you take?

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you saying that your renewal still hasn't approved? You could try to reach out to your congressperson and they will submit a case status request. It's not a request for USCIS to process your case faster but it might help get eyes on your case. Another way is to use the inquiry request on the USCIS website.

One thing to note is that the Form I-821D is not listed in the menu options. So instead use your I-765 receipt number to submit the request.
