Deported MS-13 suspect previously faced domestic violence allegations

As someone who was victimized by domestic violence, let me tell you this dude is done for. No chance whatsover to come back. Ever.

- MS-13 connection
- Domestic violence incidents
- Possibly transported illegals

Jesus Christ.

Trump won on this one.

A court in 2019 ruled that he was not a danger to anyone, deferred his deportation and allowed his asylum claim to proceed. At that time the judge found the evidence against him invalid and not enough to label him a criminal. Multiple DOJ lawyers have admitted he was deported in error and for more than 2 weeks lawyers for the family and the judge have been asking for the evidence to warrant the deportation, they provided NONE!….and now they’re coming up with this BS , all of a sudden they have all this evidence. BA!

The administration is taking a loss here by refusing to give that guy due process. That's the issue that dems have a problem with and the administration is disingenuous by focusing on him being potentially ms-13. Not only that they refuse to show any evidence. Hmm I wonder why? Where is the evidence? Show me the evidence. Everyone should have a problem with this because the sun will set on the republican administration and a Democrat will one day be president again and then you will be potentially targeted. If there's a way it can backfire, it will backfire.

We don't know if he actually was ms-13 because he never got due process. It's a devastating error because it opens up everyone to a free trip to bukele's death camp because your citizenship doesn't matter if you don't get a trial. So much for innocent until proven guilty that they are so proud of. Just an accusation not even any evidence and that's enough for a free trip.

He already wants to move "homegrowns" to the bukele death camp as well. Why am I calling it a death camp? Why didn't they let the senator talk to the guy? There are serious doubts that he's even still alive.

Is there even a point in immigrating to a country that's backsliding strait into fascism, no due process, and with a dying economy (gold to $4,000 by end of year). I can get all this human rights abuse for free in Mexico. Very soon Mexico will be the last bastion of human rights and liberty.

The worst part of this is that even the administration took a 9-0 loss in the Supreme Court, turned it around reframed it as a win and now we are in a deep constitutional crisis. Now that the president is in defiance of the court who is going to make him follow the outcome?

Opens such a tremendous can of constitutional issues and consequences far out of the control of anyone apparently.

By the end of next week, the right wing echo chamber will believe that this poor dude is the second coming of Osama Bin Laden.

The fact of the matter is that deporting someone doesn't mean throwing him in foreign prison without trial for an indeterminate sentence and also that the government has to follow the process and not invent loopholes out of thin air that allow it to vanish people into thin air and then claim it can't do anything.

This isn't new, extraordinary rendition. Another shameful American travesty of justice and rules.

Guantano bay. Look at what goes on here.

Anwar al-Awlaki and his 16 year old son Abdulrahman al-Awlaki both united states citizens killed by drone strike without due process.

I can go on further bringing up miles of dirty laundry. Things will continue to backslide until citizens do something about it. You get the country you ask for.

Point is due process is necessary and anything else is fascism and poison to the nation. It's only been 3 months, are we cooked chat?

We are cooked like fried eggs. Things are dire in here. Economy crashing, stock market down, cost of living to the moon. No due process.

We might not make it to end of year before Deagle 2025's prediction comes true.

According to the wife she filed for a restraining order but never followed through, skipped the court date, etc and did so mainly because of prior stuff in her life. Also, if dude was a wife beater would the wife be batting for him all the way to the supreme court?

Be fucking real.

Re: Deported MS-13 suspect previously faced domestic violence allegations

I mean, if she filed a restraining order, something is off. But life is complicated and good people do bad things and vice versa. Who knows?

Regardless, even if we assume the worst and he is a wife beater and an MS 13 terrorist, this doesn't justify the government defying the judge's order, sending him to a prison for life and refusing to do anything to correct the error that led to all of this.
