At least two DACA recipients have been detained in Yuma in recent weeks, according to the Mexican Consulate in Yuma

Are information missing from these cases...

I don’t know why we’re shocked this is happening. They are arresting US citizens and green card holders, you bet they are coming after Dreamers as well. ICE and USCIS is no longer considering DACA as a form to protect you from deportations.

Yes, they even arrest a South Korean with valid unexpired visa thinking that her visa expired.

You have to keep your EAD card with you at all times, even if you have a real ID

ICE having a large budget could make them a good target for lawsuits.
I would even be fine with the attorneys keeping the majority of the money.

It would be nice to see a nice $1Billion+ class action lawsuit against ICE.

They don't respect RealID, and in some cases seem not interested in returning your RealID.

Yeah they need a ton of big fat lawsuits. They are well on their way with how they arrested two Hispanic citizens. I'm sure a lot of lawyers are looking at whats going on.

You have to assume they weren't carrying their EADs with them in cloudy cases like this. Or they had criminal convictions.

Shortly after the fake news headlines something always comes up.
