Digital TV

Is anyone else having great problems with this new piece of Sh!t?

Tonight I couldn't watch the soccer game using the converting box, and it was the semifinal! All I got was the "No Signal" message.

So I had to disconect and use the "regular" tv signal to watch the soccer match. I was so pissed because I am going to be without TV after February 17, 2009. And it is windy outside!

Is anybody else having trouble with this piece of crap?

We have satellite and all of our TVs are HD so we don't need it right?

yes, it is a piece of shit, my reception blows, i rather have the fuzzy image than no image at all, its a scam to get everyone to subscribe to cable or satellite.

Not really, it's more about releasing the airwaves for some other applications, like country wide internet for example, or some other communications. Though yeah I do do agree with you, a fuzzy image is better than no image, but then again I really don't watch TV so i couldn't care less. :P

You should have bought a pass thru converter box it captures digital and analog signals so when a digital signal is not strong enough you can pick up the analog signal but analog will be shut off in February so my suggestion would be get a stronger antenna.
