that Senator Durbin might introduce the DREAM on the floor in February... is that true??? What's the likeliness of that happening? Because I would be overjoyed and calling my butt off if that happened.

Introducing the bill is a good thing, getting the bill on the senate agenda is the next step.

Pelosi has said she wants a stimulus package to pass before march, so dream being introduced in February could be a very strategic move by Durbin.
