Hey Guys,

My boss found out like 2 months ago that I am undocumented! .......When he called me in his office, I thought he was going to fire me b/c of my status in this country, but it was the complete opposite! :mrgreen: He has offered to sponsor me and help me in anyway he can to legalize me! So he contacted a friend of his that has been around for the longest (she is part of the US & Mexico Chamber of Commerce) and she pretty much knows everyone!!! So I finally had the opportunity to talk to her, and she did mention that she will be having a meeting on February 19 concerning the DREAM ACT! And I got so excited b/c she practically promised me that Obama will be able to do something for us this year!!!!!!!! I'll keep you guys updated, as she promised to keep me updated on the meetings!

I know! I talked to her on Friday, and when she told me that, she made my weekend! lol!!! I work for an auditing office in Texas.

oy oy this is great news and all, but please make sure to follow up so that we know whats going on. I think once the stimulus bill is out of the way that congress can move forward with other legislation.
