Still got a 10-year bar on adjustment of status and consular processing because you're inadmissible for an immigrant visa and the equivalent. So you'd be working as an H-1B under a single employer...

This is dumb. There's maybe a $50/wk difference in average income between the two groups (2 years, no degree, and 2 years, Associate's). Not sure why we think a kid who left Harvard without a degree...

Sorry, wasn't clear about that. What I meant was that your immigration status isn't relevant to the charge of driving without a license except that it means you're probably going to be guilty anyhow....

For DACA you're okay unless you got arrested. No worries on that count.
As for the other one, that's a typical court issue. Act however you would if you had papers.

That's right. As for changing status, you can't really, but you could take the risk and leave the country to get an H-1B. We won't really know if it's worth it until someone tries. Or USCIS and DoS...
