My parents have been getting on flight using just foreign passport. TSA agent don't check for visa and I guess their screen doesn't show anything? but they haven't had any issues.

If you have driver license with gold star on the corner, you should be fine.

Nice. I also applied for 365 days with multiple entry for medical reason, but just got a RFE. Hopefully they would accept the evidence and approve it.

They can, but they'll lose Korean citizenship. Korean government doesn't allow dual citizenship through naturalization. You have to be born with and if you are male, you have to serve in Korean...
