I'd take one lump sum payment, I'd split it in 3 or 4 banks, buy a Green Card, get a financial advisor, create a fund for DACA scholarships, they'll have to write me an essay about their career goals...

Registry and Parole are too broad. That's the problem.

Make it anyone who arrived before 2000 and maybe or make it only for DACAers and TPSers and for sure they get it passed.
