Shouldn't it be just for few hours to get to the interview on time and then return home the same day? Was he able to return? I am assuming he was approved for I-601A?

Most cases seem to get approved for I-601. You should join that FB Group.

FOIA is proof that there was 1 EWI. How did they come up with 2 and did they show you the date? Double EWI is Permanent Ban and you can't even apply to get considered to come to USA in 10 years....

How come they are showing 2 entries for her and what is their source/evidence? You were brought here as a minor as EWI (That is another story). What are lawyers suggesting?

Double EWI is a Permanent Bar and you have to outside of USA for 10 years beofre you can apply to be reconsidered. So why would anyone go this route without a lawyer? Public charge is not common but...

Make sure no immigration violations either. If in doubt, explain to the lawyer. I adjusted here because I had 245i.

Are you sure? I did not need to obtain a Police Certificate. I think if you left home country before turning 16 then it is not required right?

I do think it is still a risk even with approved I-601A waiver. This only satisfies the 3/10 year ban. They can still find you inadmissible on other grounds including being banned permanently. Then...

I would speak to a lawyer in this regards. You would need waiver as well when it comes to AOS. Many Dreamers who had DACA with AP used AP to cure their EWI.

Telling the truth leads to NTA for deportation.

Lying leads to NTA too if they find out.

Not worth applying until reform passes or law to forgive multiple EWI’s.
