Re: New question on form i-765

Last renewal I checked 'yes' and added a copy of my Visitor Visa for initial entry. No issues in renewing.

Re: I'm scared

It isn't (or very unlikely). The fifth circuit is hearing it in July, and they will deem the program illegal, and then it will be appealed to the Supreme Court. It is possible that the court says...

Re: I'm scared

Not true at all. Democrats aren't willing to pass draconian immigration laws for DACA codified without path to citizenship. Stop spreading lies.

Re: White House's latest regulatory agenda is out. DACA regulation coming in August

Hmmm...that wording is strange...it does almost sound like the age requirement doesn't count in that instant, but I haven't read anything about that anywhere else

Re: Oral Arguments Set for DACA legality

Yea I don't know why they haven't yet rolled out the new regulations.

Our best hope is for them to continue to allow renewals while this goes to the Supreme Court, and buy time for everyone.

Re: Is Roe V Wade repeal going to mobilize the Democrats?

I think it will help - as in Democrats won't do as poorly as anticipated. I don't think it will create any sort of blue wave or give democrats a greater majority.

Are they asking you about it? If not, you technically don't have to tell them your work permit is expiring.

Hopefully your DACA will be renewed soon!
