I was wondering what if someone has a valid visa but they came here without inspection...it's a loooooong storryy. Anyway can he just apply without including the visa since he didnt even get stamped...

He hasn't left the country since 2005 and isn't going to. He will be considered a EWI because he doesn't have an i94 :/

you will get approved soon! :) I did it in Fresno, Ca..there were only 5 people when i came in..i think because they were almost closing

Yah...i thought it was odd too. No, I never told them to notify me..hmm I wonder why..maybe to skip RFE? lol they just want to do it over the phone? lol idk really. we'll see...

Okay, so I did a STUPID mistake.. I wrote the same country for both country of birth and country of residence!!! UGH! I called and they said they will fix it but does anyone else here made the same...
