I was thinking the same thing when I saw that post. To qualify you had to have entered before turning 16,with any absences being brief like you said. I'd go to a lawyer.

No where does it say you need to send proof for past addresses. I think you'll be fine

I say go in with what you have. The worst that's gonna happen is they'll tell you they can't take it. But I went in with my Consulate ID with no problem.

Well idk about ANY address. That's where they'll be sending you your receipts, bio appointments, ead etc. So definitely put an address you can receive mail at.

And for sending, it depends on what...

HELP! I just realized I forgot to write my name in the back of my passport photos. Anyone know the number to the Arizona lockbox so I could call and let them know?!? Thanks!

The birth certificate isn't a requirement as long as we have other forms of ID, right??

I have my passport (although, expired), with the visa on it which has my picture, a consulate ID, and all...
