Didn't end up being true.
Removal of conditions only took 10 months -- no RFE or interviews.

Re: DACA to AOS
Can confirm. It took my mom 18 months to complete her ROC. She had to get her conditional status extension at a field office, though. The automatic extensions didn't start happening until recently....

Re: Lindsey Graham on DACA (Twitter)
Congress had 5 years to pass a permanent solution for DACA. Only now that the program is in peril, are GOP lawmakers coming out of the woodworks with their tweets of support. I mean, FOH. They're...

Bro, look back on the past 40 pages of this thread. A couple of people (BeeHive and at least one other person) took the time to provide a detailed list of the forms and evidence they submitted.

Re: DACA to AOS
You would submit the I-765 concurrently (as others have described in previous pages of this thread) with the rest of the AOS package.
It's a one-year EAD, renewable until your AOS is approved.

AHAHAHAAAA for real tho..are you?
Domestic travel is not a big deal at all for DACA recipients; a valid DL is enough, but bring your EAD just in case. IMO, you should always have your EAD with you...

Re: DACA to AOS
The advantage you have is that you've been married for a long time, which means you might actually have more evidence than you think.

Re: DACA to AOS
The interview is for the I-485.
My interview notice only lists the receipt number for the I-485. The I-130 was approved later via a separate I-797C.
