I think there is only one service center in the phoenix metro. It's the one by south Phoenix (I forget the address but it's by buckeye and 16th ave I think). Did a walk-in, smooth process for me

It's likely she didn't know. Got to consider that DACA and the subsequent MCC announcement are still pretty new developments so things are being sorted out. Plus, she works for one specific college...

Yeah, that's pretty much what happened to me with the second banker I went to at another branch. Either way, the 1st guy probably won't stay there long, he seemed lost on other questions/procedures...

In AZ too. Went to the MVD today, barely looked at the EAD and apologized that they couldn't accept C33 work permits. Guess it's off to plan B.
