CBP are being dicks. They say they are cracking down on human smuggling.
Since she came alone, they treated her as an un accompanied minor. Like most, she will be processed and released to family...

CBP has told her lawyer she will be released to her family after they start deportation proceedings. Her family can go to see her, but they would have to pass a checkpoint so they can't go.
