1- Yes! If the Birth Certificate is NOT in English it MUST be translated and notarized.

2-No. According to what CARECEN told me as they prepared my application, it is not a problem.

Thats a tough one: I would go with sending in copies of all of them so you can prove as much as you can. Remember: be creative! If you pay for your cellphone, send in copies of the bill. If you paid...
