Fyi the welcome packet was sent after approval of your 140 petition. Before filing 601a, you were required to pay the visa fee therefore you would have the welcome packet and case number already. NVC...

The most common denials i've heard are double entry, public charge & if they bring kids to US illegally. As long as none of those, she should be fine. Keep us posted.
