Why is the best way to phrase DACA EAD status (which is current until 2021 -my exp. date) when disclosing it to a potential employer who asks about visa?
it’s a touchy issue and I know DACA makes...

What do you think the Supreme Court ruling will ultimately lead to?

Usually, in the past it has taken me at least 2-3 months.

THIS ONE... IN JUST ONE MONTH!???

DACA renewal in RECORD time???

Hi everyone.

This is my 3rd time renewing. Set to expire in March 2020.
I submitted my renewal in a hurry after realizing I was already within the 120 day mark.

Washington anticipates DACA to STAY in place. I imagine supeme court will avoid the political mess and havoc of potentially removing DACA protection. Would be like a nightmare for all of them and a...

Supreme Court starts hearing cases tomorrow.
Decision is announced usually between April and JUNE. So chill folks
No new news on DACA until Spring or Summer.

Buy a copy of the MSAR from the AAMC.
Its a good investment, about $30. If and when you do end up applying it is extremely useful.
It has a list of all the schools and if you search then...

I do, but for some reason, it only shows my initial DACA request. Not all of my docs have been registered on there so it's hard to say

My memory is failing me..

I just sent in my renewal packet last week and sent it one-day express via USPS and I can tell that it was signed off upon delivery but I have not yet heard anything.

On the EAD renewal form, there is a space for the USCIS online account number. I was able to find my number from the last renewal/821 approval, but do you think its necessary to put it?

Hi everyone

For the EAD renewal form (page 3 or 4 ?), it asks to input I-94 info from the passport/visa.
This is something new that was not on previous forms.

EAD form seems to have gotten a bit longer than last time...

I overstayed my visa --> Undocumented so I DO have a copy of my expired visa/I-94.
Should I send that...
