The letter in the exact same format (including the grammatical error) can be found online if you do a quick google search. It's just a template. That does not mean he didin't read it though.

I have two transactions in my bank statements very close to the june 15th date ( one in june11, and 19th) would that be sufficient evident to prove that I was here that date?
